An important tool in learning, is reflecting. Throughout my years at Northern Michigan University and into my student teaching, I have learned to reflect on my teaching and identify my strengths and weaknesses.
My teaching ability has blossomed into the great educational provider I am today. I've had many opportunities to grow in my knowledge and adapt to the students in my classroom. As an individual who strives to achieve the best, I continually search to further my education and look up to mentors who have been teaching for many years now.
